This system provides messaging capabilities between clients and your ads. These messages are transmitted within our system. That’s why you need to login to your account and then go to your ad to check the messages for that ad. Each one of our clients also has the messaging capabilities. This provides you with the way to contact and communicate with our clients!
The main benefit of this “messaging system” for providers is to find more clients. We have the “Client Locator” search on the top menu. Using this search you may find clients in your area. After you see the list of clients you may click “Send message” to send message to this client. When he responds, you will get the message under your ad’s messages (Go “Access/edit existing ads” > “Access this ad” > “Messages” – from your user menu)
Here is a little secret: many clients are afraid to call the number listed – either they are not sure or it’s the first time.... They might need to get some kind of kick in the butt to actually contact you. Feel free to use the messaging system to encourage them.
Consider sending the Message Blast. This is the newest feature that we offer for providers. Using this you may contact all the clients in your area in one shot. This is an automated script that will find all the clients with 50 miles of your main zip code and will send them the message you entered. To send the Message Blast – (Go “Access/edit existing ads” > “Access this ad” > “Message Blast” – from your user menu). Make sure to provide some contact info in this message and make it look like personal and targeted for these clients. |
