How to delete your client account
These are instructions on how to delete the client account
(How to delete provider's ad/account go here):
1. You need to be logged in to your account
(if you
don't know your login/pass get it here)
2. On your user menu click "My Login"
3. Click "Delete this account" (highlighted in pink)
4. Click "Yes, Remove my account"
(You will be automatically logged out at this time)
All your info and pictures will be removed and won't be able to login anymore.
If you have VIP account, you will NOT be able to delete your account, please contact customer service to do that. However, you may cancel recurring billing on your VIP account at anytime - for this, login, then click "VIP Access", then "Cancel Recurring" |
